Do you accept insurance for therapy/ counseling services?

I accept several insurances through my Headway portal. You can access the portal here and verify if your insurance is accepted.  I only accept insurance through the Headway portal.

What is the cost for therapy without insurance or if you are out of network?

Sessions are $160 per session for 55 minute therapy/ counseling sessions.  I am able to provide a superbill to submit to your insurance. Many insurance companies will reimburse some of the session fees as out of network benefits after the deductible is met. (Check with your insurance company directly for information on your policy and out of network benefits.)

Do you have an office location?

I offer all services remotely. This includes therapy/ counseling, supervision/ consultation, and coaching.

What is the cost for coaching services?

Coaching services are by the hour, $160, or can be bought in packages, paid upfront (to be used within 2 months of payment.)

5 session package- $750

10 session package $1500

What is the cost for your self study courses?

Self study courses vary by each particular course. Please see the Self Study course tab for more information on individual courses, and the coaching add on options.

What is the cost for supervision/ consultation?

I provide individual supervision and consultation at the rate of $160 per hour.
