About Me

I am a clinically licensed in several states including CO (LCSW), MA (LICSW) and telehealth licensed clinical therapist in VT and FL. I have 15 years of clinical experience working in private practice, schools, and higher education. I have adjusted my focus to be able to help a wider variety of clients, and now offer telehealth/ counseling for individuals, as well as non-clinical coaching services for individuals and groups, and self study courses.

I also enjoy being able to offer private supervision and consultation for mental health professionals who are seeking support, or working toward licensure hours. I truly love working with budding mental health professionals who are in the process of finding their professional presence, starting private practices, and obtaining full licensure.  I also enjoy teaching social work classes, both graduate and undergraduate, for several universities, including Simmons University, Metro State University, and Grand Canyon University. It has been so rewarding to work with students, and growing professionals in the social work field.

In my free time, I love spending time with my two amazing daughters and giant fluffy dog, Sully. I love traveling, water sports, dirt biking, hiking, and reading in a hammock. I am Colorado native and love summer and fall, but my life goal is to have a beach house in Hawaii and skip winter completely, while seeing new places and enjoying my Colorado roots.
